Ben Northridge to join Capsicum Delegated Authority
Capsicum Delegated Authority (“Capsicum DA”), the specialist binding authority broker, is very pleased to announce that Ben Northridge will be joining as a Director. Ben will be based in London and will focus on the development of Capsicum DA’s Accident & Health product distribution in addition to other areas.
Ben has more than 15 years’ industry experience — specialising in binding authorities for accident & health as well as other specialty lines of business — and will be joining from Willis Re later this year. Prior to Willis Re, Ben spent nine years at re/insurance broker RFIB.
Philip Richardson, Senior Executive Director of Specialty at Capsicum DA, said: “We look forward to welcoming Ben to the team. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the accident & health market, as well as other specialty lines, offers a great complement to our existing capabilities as we build out our delegated authority expertise into new areas. His particular blend of expertise and experience will be a great asset to the team as we continue to invest in talent that will help us grow, diversify and deliver innovative, bespoke solutions for our clients.”
